Please test the reward resources for quality!

I am referring to the resources given as rewards for the survey mission, as opposed to those looted from sith. They can be identified immediately because they have no stats. This made me originally conclude that since they have no stats, they would kill the quality score. But now I think it might be possible that no statscould meanperfect stats: 1000 in each category.

Please test this and post here. (I've already done this quest, so I can't do it this time around.)
