OK I am on the second fetch mission, I go to endor, hit the WP and get the "this is the last spot....blah blah blah" and start driving around in circles......for an hour.....then thinking I am moving to fast, start walking around in circles.....for antoher hour!!!! No crashed ship! I gave up after my buffs died, and made for the smugglers OP. So is this a common occurance? 6 times is gonna take forever! I did nearly max out pistol xp killing the crap out of everything on a plus note.

It happened to me 3 times.First time, I went out there.. the ship was not there.. i had the same problem you did. the 2nd time, i went to a different waypoint (like 2 missions later) i was killing the sith, and the transport just vanishes... no crates, nothing. 3rd time. I killed all the sith, walked all around the transport, through it and everything, no crate. so i ended up making about 10 trips there and back from the village. took me over 4 hours. was really annoying. submitted bugs, no response (what's new?) So ya it is a known bug.

The sith blow the ship up if u fight them too long.

You dont have to fight them at all, I just rode over ship on my swoop for last 4 missions when i realised thats all u needed to doand system message comes up "Quest datapad updated" or whatever, so i take crate back to whip.

Plus on endor I only looked for it in daylight and set viewing distance on max. This way i could see ship and by time id drove over it often sith would just start spawning behind me and only get a few harmless shots off.

I spent time on dant grinding till daylight came on endor.

I put up the Ctrl M map maxed it out and found the ship everytime after that, don't know exactl what that crystal will do me if it wont stack with buffs.

ouch...the buff crystal doesnt stack with buffs? another great idea from soe no doubt.

Didn't have any bugged waypoints however never had to fight any of the sith. I just drove up to theshlip and got the crate pretty much before they spawned in and soon as I got the message I didn't stick around to even fight them.
