Thread: Phase II Crafting quest (Quharek) doesn't give reward?

So I took the crafting quest, hoping to get the LS crafting tool that the guide says is the reward, but after completing it I got squat. QT-QC said his little speech after I handed in the 10 items, and said he was giving me something he had laying around in his lab for too long blah bah blah. But nothing in my inventory. So I sent a ticket, and according to CSR they aren't giving out rewards on this quest. WTH is up with that? It's one of the roughest quests, trying to gather enough resources to get it done, and you don't get anything? Very disappointing.

First, the CSR, as usual, is wrong. There are rewards for this quest.
However, the quest rewards are only given to the people who created the "best" item in each category, and the 1 or 2 people who created the best items "overall".
This may mean that the quest reward isn't actually given out until the end of the phase.

Only the winners of a category (quality or quantity) gets a LS crafting tool. If you do not win you will get nothing.

Correct. The rewards are placed in your inventory after the phase ends. Everyone who completes the quest gets a LS crafting tool. HOW MANY uses it is, is determined by other factors. How many pieces contributed. Quality contributed. Ect. Ect.
