What is the best way to find Rudic ore, Endrine, ore or Ardanium II Energy? I conversed with the lifter and it gave a name put could not find the person in the village. I am on Tempest server so please help. Thank you

Well, usually you get lots of these resources from sith shadwos. I've looted about 3 units of rudic ore after two missions for the vehicular control unlock. I'd suggest you buy it of people that have it (have any friends who are doing prowess or reflex quests?). I haven't heard of any other way for obtaining these resources.
