I've read thatRS and RAare useless to jedi and all the jedi in game I have asked confirm that throwing a lightsaber is considered a melee attack. For this reason I chose survival and vehicle control.

Yet somehow I know that the master boxes will be fixed and I will bang my head for missing the combat prowess master box. I just hope the enhanced reflexes master offers something other than another +5 terain negotiation.

I wasn't aware that master box's gave any additional skill mods?

They don't--they're just there because that's probably how all professions are hard-coded into the game and their existence, even if unneeded, cannot be used. Essentially, they're just placeholders--there's nothing to fix.
