Force Sensitive Archive

Hi, The sith attacked me after the visit from the old man for the waypoint bit. I only killed one of the sith, the other ones got killed my imp npcs around me. I was just logging into Dantooine so I had no control over it. Anyways, I only could loot one of em, and the one I looted gave me a wapoint datapad but I couldn't open it. It said you must loot it to use it or whatever. So I was stuck deleting it. What will happen since in my quest journal, the system thinks I already completed that quest. What do I do?
