Thread: This mission sucks......
Must not have done your clock right.
Just curious is this your last phase to unlock? Have you done the ranged Defense quest in phase 3. If not you should have chose that instead. Would have saved you a lot of headache.

no he set the clock right when he took the posion...and its not my last unlock.. but if i cnat get this done... it wil postpone my unlock for another 3 weeks.. .
i am on my 3rd try now..
2nd try.. i had turrents shoot me thru a mountain.. before we even got there

I'm also trying to do this quest on Farstar, tonight for the 4th time in the last 3 days and I want to finish it. I can't understand why not, since I wanted to have that unlock too. Anyway, I think this quest is exessively hard to do and I see no reason why, since the other village quests are not so hard to do, when you have some friends by your side. I think that commander commits suicide too soon and without any particular reason, even if he follows you at 15m max
So it's definitely way too hard to finish and without any special reason. I aggree that it needs tuning

I mean i could see if it were something we did wrong..
but to devote that much time... is crazy..
there is just way to much that can go wrong... not to mention how much of a pain it is to even get a remote for a base that is any good... i mean get real...
why have 15 other bases that are impossible....?

last night go to the village, get a partner,, talk with the captain.. and head to the base we have the remote for. Its 6k out. take out the turrents, take down the gate, kill 2 waves of sith, and my partner goes in and get s the commander.... we start the walk.. with a time check every 5 mins. With 28 minutes left we have 3k left to go.. so its gonna be close... and me and 2 others are fighting the waves of sith.. as they come along the way... With 11 minutes to go, and a little over 1100 out from the finish line... the commander dies.. .for no reason at all.... over 3 hours of planning, waiting... fighting, and walking for nothing......... Seriously SOE... you guys have to do something about this... Some of us .. have jobs.. and not to complain and cry.. but it is hard to devote time like that.. when you have 2 jobs.... and other things to do... I understand making it a challenge. .but you have to fix the bugs.. I thought you get a hour not 49 minutes..........
My experience is that the Timer begins right when you take the shields down.
