sorry i forgot to put something in the first spot but i need tips on the phase three quest for combat prowess

Tips?

Spend a few hours, seriously a few hours, hunting Sith that spawn around the bases. These Sith are the only Sith that have the remote frequencies. Again and I'm serious, spend an hour or two (the more the better) doing nothing but killing all the Sith that spawn around the two closest bases to the village. Hoard the remote frequencies until you have a leasta dozen. Then go and turn them in to the Captain in the village.

Hopefully you will receive a remote control device for the closest base to the village. If so, read the post from Kuval that includes many key/important tips. I've also posted in that same thread a specific path for you or whomever that captures the Commander to take back to the village.

Above all, don't get frustrated. It's a difficult quest but remember you have a good three weeks to do it. Take your time, don't rush, and try to enjoy the work because the payoff feels great.
