Force Sensitive Archive

When the whole village started I heard there was a limit per account on FS chars. I have a Jedi on Chillastra and the alt is FS but no boxes have been unlocked. Everyone I play with on that server has slowly left the game for one reason or another. Will I be able to start a character on Bloodfin and become a jedi, or am I maxed on my 2 FS chars per account TIA for any help.
