Experimentation points come from the LS techniques tree. You start with 1 point of experimentation at Novice LS.

Great. I was just wondering about the padawan trails, where you craft your first lightsaber. I just got rid of artisan last night when I really read about the fs trials, because I wanted to make sure that I craft my character well before I become FS.
