i have all the meds, is there anyway i can accept the mission without being master medic, if not whats the easiest way to grind out 0004 medic.........thanks

to do the persuasion quest in phase 1 YOU HAVE TO BE MASTER MEDIC. To answer your question on the craft grind part though. Just do stims until you can get the other components. Keep using whichever one has the most resource requirements until you get to the bec's. Then just do those.
