hey i have killed them with a friend about 8 times, still no loot at all from either of them. i can kill one on my own at lvl 40, but i cant advance higher than that lvl as a master artisan and master arch, is there something that stops looting them wen in a group?

You might be getting caught by the looting rulesfor groups. When you get accepted into a group, you sometimes see a system message like "so-and-so is the master looter." The group leader controls some group setting for who can loot and how it is distributed within the group; basically a mechanism to prevent some abuses. If you are doing these with a friend, try inviting your friend, not the other way around, to make sure you are the group leader. Then let your friend help bring them down, but ask your friend not to touch the corpses. That might solve your problem.

i always invite, it even didnt work wen i was grouped with a probot, i couldnt get the drop /sigh

It took me 10 sets of sith before i got the datapad and u should maybe give up some of your skills and get lvl 80 it helps

Are you using the "Loot All" function? If you are and you are grouped, I think it causes a bug that doesn't allow you to get the waypoint. Instead, when you go to loot; wait for the "Loot" option to appear over the "Loot All" option. Then, select "Loot" and you should be able to get whatever the Sith Thugs have on them. Good luck.
