From my understanding you need BE XXX4 to make the meds.

heh, your title asks about Master Doctor... but heres your answer

skill required to take quest: Master Medic

skill required to make medicines: BE 0004 or even 0003 with foods and such

you can have a BE make your medicines IF he is currently doing the quest, because otherwise, he doesn't have the schematics

as far as what kind of resources you need... it's 10 metal and 5 flora... the important stats are for the most part 66% overall quality and 33% potential energy

Master Doctor and Master CM has no effect on the quest... nor does novice medic... gotta be master medic... and it won't work if you're grouped with a master medic, you HAVE to have master medic to at least accept the quest and you need to have BE or know a BE working on the quest

hope this helps, it's a very complicated quest... at least compared to most of the quests

when i did this quest i made about 5 sets of the higher level medicines for other players that didnt have the required BE 0004 before finishing it

very profitable
