Why hasn't chil got phase 4?
The devs said3 weeks to start with then ever since its got longer and longer each time...
It appears this system just gets worse and worse as time goes on.

No, it hasn't "got longer and longer each time". It took 23 days. That's the required 21 days of server time, plus 1 day for all the daily server resets, plus one day for the miscellaneous down time over the past 3 weeks.
Not so bad..

Not so bad..
guess that does make sense... its normally 22 days... i thought the JTL DT wasn't included..
i'm expected phase 1 novmeber 29th thats exactly 22 days.
