Has anyone been able to do the Doctor rez grind since the CU? Now that getting the combat xp is a pain in the arse I am thinking about respeccing to Doctor to do the rez grind instead. Is it still possible?

The rez grind is no longer possible.

In my opinion the fastest is to get novice ranger and 1 tree up to level 3. Not sure what you get capped at, its pretty high.

I am currently scout 4x4x and I am getting 4000 rifles (master rifleman) and 3900 scout xp per mob. So the rifles xp should convert at 30:1 and the scout apparently at 8:1 ?

If you get into a group, I went out with 3 others from my guild tonight, 1 lair of pikets spawned 21 pikets, that was 75k scout exp for me in about 10 mins. (Capped at 75k - it would have been more), use your respec and get scout. That 75 should be worth something in the senses tree (not been to village myself since CU)
