Not sure if I overflow this, but surely some1 can help out:

After grinding the 6 tress in FS and getting to the next Force lvl or even padawan do I still need to spent the sp in FS or can i remove those 24 skill points?

You have to keep at least six full trees of force sensitive skills forever. You can fill up a seventh tree and then drop one of your original six but it will never let you drop below the 24 boxes
