In-game, CTRL-H. Do a search on a keyword. Double-click on the first result. At the bottom, the button will appear to "Just let me enter a ticket, etc". Click that.

There's an art to entering the keyword too. If you enter a keyword that is too common, the search will freeze, and you will need to re-log and try again. If you enter one that is too rare, no results will pop up and you will need to try again.


Last time I entered "decay" and got just about the right number of hits.

just search for "city", that always work for me
