/agree partially
Too many people are paying the price. $15 per month to beta-test the game. Things aren't balanced yet. Things are still quite bugged. If you are going to fix problems while people play the game, then leave the game static for a while in the meantime. Leave phase 3 in while you fix it. Once it works, wait a week and manually change the phases, to give people a chance to complete phase 3 as it is intended in the CU.

Phases change when the server resets and there is no real deadline for server resets do to the constant fixes and updates going on every single day just like all other MMORPGs. Sry, but MMORPGs don't always fix to a single persons schedule. Sry, but you are not as special as you may think =)

Find me another MMORPG that has made as drastic a change midstream as this CU, and we can treat it like all the other MMORPGs. It has nothing to do with being "special". It has everything to do with a company working with its remaining customer base which is being very patient.

I'll say. Luckily I did Melee Accuracy before the CU hit (barely) but now I'm stuck on the Mellichae mission due to bugs, and all the CSRs tell me is "It's a known issue." Joy.... I have to just sit around and wait now. No one is happy about it but there isn't much we can do... all we can do is hope they fix the bugs fast and we don't get too screwed over in the process.

I feel bad for you non phase 4 ppl. With double xp week this place has been amazing for grinding out XP.

this is not a flame but...
I completed the phase three capture quest...a few times now. We had a group odf 6 and everyone needed it done so we took turns and rotated tthe person to bring down shields and capture till we had all completed it..so 3 times completed.
All three were from 'Xi' base(around 3500 meters away from village). Phase three can be done ,so they should not hold the phases and prevent other people from moving on ,and completing the quests they need to please the few who have had difficulty adjusting to the Cu and it's bugs. I agree it is difficult and that he is slow with no terrain negotiation but it can be done.
