Is there any way to see what quests you have completed for all the phases?


Like one NPS you can talk to and he/she will tell you what ones you have unlocked if you happen to have forgotten?

yes ask Paemos who stands outside the healing huts


i think when you converse its the second from last option, and goes along the lines of see what aspects of the force


you can train in. Hope that helps
