Yea, only I don't want to be a Jedi. I just want the FS boxes for The Bonuses and the Alt =/

My point was I am only going to pick enough FS and Jedi Skills to qualify for an Alt, then I am probably just going to stop, I don't like PvP and from what I understadn that is all a Jedi is. If I am not going to go Jedi I want my FS skills to have applicationss for the skills I am going to have.
The reason I think they did not allow the respec of FS skills is that they are bonuses in addition to a profession. Like was stated earlier. If they did allow the respec, you could arrange it so that you would move the timeline up for the unlock. not completely fair to the people that waited the 18Weeks +. The quest to jedi is supposed to be a challenge... The FS grind is nothing compared to the Jedi grind. Still fun though/..
you will get your Alt slot only after finishing the padawan trials. After you finish the 6 branches the old man will visit you again. You can go back to the village at any time if you want. you can grind out a 7th branch and drop one but must maintain 6(for jedi). Not sure if you can surrender any till then.
Jedi is not all about PVP. When youare finished temp, you have the option of doing the knight trials. Only after that are you perma overt. Not sure if they will change that now with the FRS disabled and reworked. Just dont do the knight trials and you can remain on leave or combatant if you want. The only "PVP" you may see is the visits from BH's if you get on the BH terms. Just follow the guidlines and you wont get on the terms. otherwise you grinded out 6 boxes, may as well reap the reward at the end.
