Thread: Melee Defense unlocked, but I can't train?

Heh, ran into a CSR in game the other day.

'Wow, never met an in-game CSR before'

'Yeah, I get that alot'

First one to respond to my ticket was JesseD. He either didn't understand the problem, or didn't know how to fix it, even though I had explained exactly what was wrong and what I needed him to do. Anyway, he got me to log out of my account, proceeded to respond to my ticket saying he wasn't able to do anything, and then logged so that I couldn't contact him anymore!! How annoying!!
Anyways, this was obviously not the solution I was looking for, so I responded to the ticket to keep it open. Eventually ChrisG looked at it and fixed my problem. This guy's reputation for being a great CSR is well deserved. Thank you ChrisG!!

Glad it got resolved. Chris G is a very good CSR. As long as you write your ticket nicely and not filled with emotion, they will try to help out the best they can. There are a few that could use a good flogging
, but most are pretty good.
Something is strange for me:
-This phaseyou could only unlock ranged defense
-If you unlocked melee defense inphase 4(1 cycle ago), wasnt this a problem in the past few phases?

Yes, I had unlocked melee defense 4 phases ago. Some folks prefer to bank up FS xp to buy all their skills at once instead of tying up skill points that could be better used elsewhere.
Well I thought I'd update a little too I sent in another ticket after the last one was over amonth ago. Low and behold the csr matt i think his name was or mathew not sure fixed it for me woot. For those still having trouble just keep sending one in every week and eventually youll get the right csr. And the dont add emotion comment helped, I just told him the problem and that was all no emotional comments.
