Force Sensitive Archive

Now this a bug/change that makes people not get glowy (or is harder now). I became glowy around a month ago (and have done two boxes so far lol), and when I did /che it said I only felt a surge in the Force, or something like that. Even with this, I can still go to the Village and train, do quests, etc... Any ideas?Just a bug?
