Not really.....
So um i've got two branches to unlock.. 4 and 1. and a little bit more xp til grind is done.
from what everyone knows about this bug. is it possible to see old man the second time
and do the exit quest to become jedi without having glowy?

Yep Only new people are F'ed ;P if you got glowy pre pub 24 you are ok unless you never went to the village then you are F'ed
