the phase shift should happen next week...but I suspect there might be a phase shift with pub 21 on thursday.

I was wondering when Phase 4 was? Thank's for your time as this will be my last unlock. Oh and i've heard about the loss of glowly etc now and when i do the /che all i see is "You feel a strong sense of the force" I gained glowly at Publish 22 i think, will this affect my exit quest?
