are there any prerequsits for any of the FS skills, i am about to get my 4th, melee def, and i am planning on vheicle control and melee accuracy,i have heard from some that you require specific professions to take some skills, is this true, and what are they for the skills i have listed (i know i can get melee def and accuracy, but for vheicle control)

I don't think there are any skill requirements per se, but some of the quests require you to be able to survey, heal etc. which means you'll need artisan, medic etc. to do them.
