I found the DB/rez method to be pretty fast, but it's monotonous. I capped medical xp every 4 or 5 minutes. You end up filling a branch in about 10-12 hours. You can speed it up some if someone else is killing the person and you are just rezzing him. The drawback is that you are tied to the computer the whole time. You cap far too quickly for it to really be AFK, and you need a lot of rez packs prepared. I had a factory running out crates of them the whole time I was doing it.
