Thread: Got some info about the bugged Captain quests !!

As i like many others did one of the captains quest last phase 4, and are not able to get the other quest this time around, so i talked to a csr and got this answer !!
CSR-DaleG: Regarding the Phase 4 issue, developement Team is aware of the issues with the Sgt. Sarguillo phase 4 quest for Melee Defense but they require moire information from the players. Please submit a CS Ticket in game so that we may investigate your issue.
SO PLZ !!!! File your tickets guys !! with as much info as u can !!

I know bro, it was reported 3 days ago, but i guess they think that if only a couple people are having a problem its not as big a deal. However with EVERYONE on EVERY server experiencing this, they dont have a choice but to look at it. Fortunately i'm not bugged and got to choose my quest but i'm still sticking up for u guys. Its not fair to all of you, specially the ones like me who need melee defense to finish out and start paddy trials. You all keep yelling and complaining they have to fix it soon!

Yes a CSR contacted me in game personally this morning to take details of what I had done, attempted to do etc & was going to take it to the Devs. Was the first time I really felt a CSR was taking an issue seriously so I still have hope.
I doubt anything is gonna happen before Monday but at least they are paying attention.
If everyone tries to submit as much info as possible with a bug report (not flood them with dozens) then hopefully they can get to the bottom of this with plenty of time before next phase shift.

Well since this thread is revived I have the same problem also...
Only thing that might be at issue is I never got to finish the phase 3 Capt quest as it was damn near impossible even with 2 jedi and 4 master-elites helping. One time I was helping a gal do it and the the commander got killed becase he got stuck on a wall walking into aurillia. Needless to say the group of 7 was a bit dissapointed that after2-3 hours of work the quest bugged out. But anyway.. i needed either this quest in phase 4 or the last one to get 6 combat branches and I can honestly say if this doesn't get addressed it may be the straw that breaks my back. I don't think i can wallow around for another 2 months waiting for phases to change.

I don't think that's the issue, I haven't completed Sarguillos third quest but got the tree on a free unlock. Perhaps that is a pointer to where the code is going wrong but it doesn't make sense to me that it could be 'by design'.
& yes they had better get this fixed before the phase ends because I don't think I would have the heart left to play for another 9-12 weeks on the off chance they fix it next time around as I'm seriously running out of content
