Thread: Mallichae working?

Ok, with all this talk about mallichae not working i am getting a little worried. Is there somthing like i have to destroy the crystals first? any help would be great. thanks

Technically it is working, but there's so many glitches with it alot of people get caught in a run around trying to get it to work right. If you're lucky like me and don't have to deal with any massive bugs, you need to kill Mel's four crystals first, have to kill them in a certain order, one of the two green ones is always first. After which you need to kill Mel. Which can be hard since he's got a L105 Friend guarding him, plus his Sith Flunkies.

I've helped about 5 people defeat Mechillae m8, and with a good group, a Jedi to keep mech company helps and we was ok, no bugs. Daktar is not really a problem tbh.
Take out the green crystals first, 1 at a time, then take out the reds, while the ranged ppl are doing this, its best to have ppl say Jedi keeping Mechillae occupied so he doest come for you.
Try and avoid siths etc when working your way around the crystals, dont run into the centre of the base.
Also the bugs that used to be associated with this quest, like the crystals not destroying have since been fixed with the release of Publish 19, as this is when I helped ppl do it, and it was fine all times
