Melee Accuracy is a tough quest, but that was my choice and I stuck by it. (Phase III is rolling around again finally, so I'll finally be able to get Ranged Defense now) I think accuracy might be more helpful in the early grinding of a Jedi since you'll be fighting mostly Bols untill you're high up enough to fend off BH's. That's my choice though. Remember, escorts all walk slower now, so you'll only be able to finish the quest if you get one somewhat near the village to begin with.

Good question. I'm in the same boat. i think this is what I've decided:

I want Ranged like you (and I think it'll be helpful v BH's), but Melee has a certain allure (and I also have the Xp for either). Here's what I think I've decided tho...

Too many people are complaining about the Capture the Commander quest since it can die on you if the timer doesn't cooperate. I can see spending more than 3 days just trying to get the right base etc. Worst case,I can see myself not being able to get it right before the village shifts (one never knows). The word "bug" has been mentioned too many times about that quest for me to take a chance. It may take 2 days longer, but I'm going with Ranged. I've waiting 1.5 years for this, 2 more days won't kill me. Better safe than sorry I guess...

PS I might add I'm on Flurry, so it won't shift until Tuesday, so Mellichae will fall right around Sat or Sun

If you JUST want to do the one quest for hte crystal reward, do it months from now (because it should still be there) and do the melee accuracy now.
