Thread: Why can't they just server restart on the right days...

I don't get it, if its been 21 days they should automatically restart the servers instead of waiting til a few days down the line to restart. Now my main has been useless for 8 weeks (I've done FS and all that other junk) and now I'll have to wait 4 more days to actually do something interesting on my main, why the HELL can't they just sink servers up? Bria is a week ahead of my server (naritus) and a bunch of other servers
poorly done SOE, I remember when you used to restart servers nightly and actually seemed like you semi-cared

You can try and explain Computer downtime or Timers resetting...I can give a S@it! I’m a casual player and have to set time aside to play this game...... Plan for it. I marked my calendar weeks ago on the exact date Phase three (on Chilstra) would start. Go F%$en figure, I was let down....yet again.
"Why can't they sync them up?" Try, because we are paying customers. Making an excuse for bad "Timing" is still an excuse.
And when did you start taking my money for this game? How bout someone from SOE answer this question? It’s been three weeks (NOT three weeks in computer world) Why are we still in phase 2? !!

Man.. If there is one thing I learnd in life is no one really cares about the customer.. Maybe like 1 out of 200 reps will actually really care, the rest of the people just need money... it's sad ... I definitely know what you're saying about planning specific gameplay periods too.

it is 3 weeks for a phase then it's when the server is restarted after the 3 weeks

Exact time? No one knows the exact time here, the sticky is PREDICTED time it'll change.
While you're busy whining did you even consider that not all servers were brought up on the first day? Or that some servers have been down for a day at a time while others have been up? (Doubt the day 1 of servers matters though since the villiage only started I believe on pub 9).
Next time please condense your post and just say "I want my way and I WANT IT NOW!".
They sync servers now and imagine all the people who would miss out on the phase, possibly the last one they needed for jedi. But that doesn't matter to you does it? They can wait a bunch more weeks as long as you get your unlocks right when they want em. Uh huh.
