Force Sensitive Archive

I have progressed to the point of getting Combat Master in my force sensitive line. In the process I have made mental note of the effect this did to my combat abilitys. Before the CU, I could notice more difference in dmg and speed on both PVE and PVP... after CU... all combat skill seemed to not change. I am no faster or do no more damage than my counterparts without these sill branch. Has anyone noticed this as well?

(ps.. not a rant or flame... im just not sure this stuff works anymore)
