I haven't tried to respec them, but I'm curious if we can....anyone tried?

Ah, thanks for the heads up. I only need 3 more to unlock but I would really like to swap my melee accuracy boxes for ranged accuracy until I get them done....guess I'm just S.O.L. until I grind them. Wishful thinking I guess.

Because the FS skills are additional mods to any profession. You dont only have to be a jedi to be able to use them. I was able to use them before I unlocked. If they allowed a Respec for FS skills, you could shave off considerable amount of time off a progression meant to take a min of 18 weeks. Jedi was not made to be easy to get..

Very true. And since Jedi are able to respec, they are saving valuable time off Mastering their skills. In case you don't know, they can be 1100 in a skill and respec it to 2000, then 12 hours later be at 2100 and respec to 3000. So this is why I posed the question, why can they and not us?
In addition, some of these FS skills are combat skills, so they should be apart of the combat respec.
And in addition to that, now all skills are respec'able EXCEPT FS. Not fair
