Thread: please help...it makes me crazy...

i got the Mellichae's mission, but when i get tehre, there is no Mell...only WP.....quest data pad shows that i found Mell's camp but nothing is there. what am i suppose to do. and i tried to send CSR ticket, but it keeps saying delete existing ticket which i don't have.....it's been 4 days with this bug.....i will get crazy....
please does anyone know what to do? does anyone know how to send CSR ticket??? why it keeps saying that i need to delete existing ticket? where can i found my existing ticket!!!?? this is so annyoing.......
please i need help....

Go in Ctrl and H, then click on open tickets you ll get a list of your tickets, you are only allowed one per account so check that none of your other toons have outstanding tickets that need deleting.

but when i open ticket, there is no list...i don't have any exist ticket..but it keeps saying to delete my existed ticket.........oh...this is crazy.....

Do you have any other toons on other servers, i had the same problem and i had to go into the other character delete the ticket from there list come back to my main and make a new ticket.
**Note i couldnt see the ticket in the list that was created by another of my toons.

The only thing i can say is try live chat, i know it may be a silly question but you do know where the Create ticket button is it took me ages to find it, You need to search for known issues then click on a random issue and scroll down the explaination and click on 'This doesnt answer my question just let me create a ticket' button.

thank you guys..but it didn't work....
this is nonsense....and i think only i have this bug...about mell doesn't spawn...and no CSR ticket.....there is nothing i can do.....that's why it makes me crazy...

My brother is having the exact same problem, and it seems Mell is under a rebel base :/, and i have the problem where i can receive ranged speed for sarguillo so all in all my account is rather bugged :/
