I've read that CSR's have unlocked branches for those who have completed the quest but couldn't train. Is this true? I put in a ticket yesterday and am still waiting (nor surprised) for a response. I also saw the in game announcement that CSR's cannot/will not grant rewards for quests. Grrrrrr. I don't have any rewards coming to me for the quest, just the unlock. All I want is my unlock!!!!!

Their was an annoucement on my server, Shadowfire, that the DEVs are currently working on fixingall the quests that don't properly reward your character, hopefully that means Captain Sarguillo's Phase 4 questtoo. And that the CSRs won't reward players with there lost rewards.

Submit your ticket under im stuck. a CSR glad my unlock tonight. I think there mostly talking about all the ROTW stuff aka clone armor and the other stuff

I too had this prob, I put in a ticket and a couple of days later while i was strolling the rori countryside I recieved a message that I had earned the unlock and an email from a csr with a reply to my ticket.
