Yes its true I had a problem getting the phase 4 mission fromthe captain ok here what i did in steps

1. Sent in bug and ticket

2. Loged off CSR responded saying I have to be online

3. Was contacted by CSR late at night, Helped me said to post a update in the ticket if any problem come around the next day

4. Still couldnt get the mission sent in a update said it no work

5. Got contacted by AndrewZ which closed myticket saying " WE CANT HELP YOU CAUSE YOU POSTED IT IN THE WRONG CATEGORY and to my impression saying get a life your not doing the phase 4 mission

NOW if thats the kind of people they have working in the offices they need to do some serious rehiring. Cause that is not friendly, helpful people. When I read the last post I FLIPPED. So I sent in another bug and ticket CSR responded and is trying to help me. UNLIKE MR. CSR-ANDREWZ that just has no life and is not friendly nor helpful

First i got a reply for BenC that he tried to contact me to help me with this bug but i were offline.. then i got contacted by 2 others i cant remember the messages.. then i got contacted by AndrewZ which actually speaked nice to me but closed my ticket... but the bug were solved when it got closed
