Just got glowy two days ago. Waiting for the old man, to my surprise he shows up yesterday. Then im like ok well its probably gonna take a lil while for the sith to show up. Then today they show up, each one hits me for 1200 and incap me before i can even see them. I get up and proceed to pummell them into the ground only to find out that my force crystal is gone and I have no drop of the datapad. Now its back to waiting for the old man again. Sigh, why couldnt they have just left a good thing alone. i say if its not broke dont try to fix it. But...

many agree that we really just needed a BALANCE in the old system, not a new game.

or you could realize that the CU only made things buggy for old man visits and that anything they would have done would equal bugs as well...you could always appreciate it for what it is, i got my entire grind done in the last 3 days of 4x xp week for bloodfin and then 2 days of regular combat upgrade experience without even noticing i was spending time doing so...the grouping is fun and takes your mind off of slow xp, i am hanging out with friends again its all cool...a few bugs are more than worth the great time im having...and in 2 phases i will be having an even better one.

Rakov that's great and all cause you don't have to deal with stuff like that, but c'mon man that's like someone living in a house that they own telling a guy that just lost his house and is living on the streets to quit whining.

Granted this bug by itself isn't that big of a deal, but the fact is that SWG has more bugs than an anthill. We all pay a monthly fee to play SWG on live servers, not to deal with bugs.

If this wasn't a stupid timesink, it wouldn't be a big deal. You log off, log back in, try to do the quest/mission that was bugged over again. That's not the case because you have to wait for some random spawn/ visit.

Let's also not forget the bugs that give credit for completing a village quest, but don't unlock a branch.

I'm sorry, but the whole FS system as it is now is a slap in the face.

1 branch unlocked every 3 weeks... need 6 branches, that's 18 weeks, which is 4 and a half months, making this the THE longest timesinks in MMORPG history. Not to mention the ungodly amount of exp it takes to fill each branch, at an insanely low conversion rate.

As I read this post I ponder why I came back to SWG. I'm complaining about the same thing I was complaining about when I left because of the Holo-grind fiasco.

LOL grouping is fun!! yeah ill say it is from time time if its a good group but cmon if your on low pop server forget about ever making master and as for being forced to group! what kinda of idiot doesnt hate that fact..

Yeah i had fun a few times but out of all the groups ive been in about 75% where broken or couldnt last more than a few missions and the part that makes me mad is that it seems to take longer to build a group than it does to actually gain anything from doing it..

I was pro CU up to a point but this game is busted up bigtime the economy is joke for missions payouts hmmm lets see that million dollar suit of armor is what about 160+ lvl 80 missions wich takes about 15 ro 30 minutes to do.... yeah this game is starting to suck..
