I cant finish the melee speed quest. Killed all the outlaws and pirates i need and the crystal say's quest is complete, but if im trying to talk with captain sarquillo he say's im allready working for somebody else.... Cant get teached too

Anybody else having the same problem and maybe knows what to do?

Ps: I wrote a ticket and reported bug.

Yeah its a known bug...Hopefully something will be done about it soon.

joyful... i couldnt complete commander ,phase 3 because the dumb commander walked (4 tries) and now i wont be able to do phase 4 because you cant finish the quest... beautiful SOE just beautiful...

lol i should just train in the skills.. ranged speed.. and i done now.. its not a bug.. you shall not talk with the capt.

You might be able to, this issue (bug) doesn't occur with everyone.

with my luck, i wont be able to finish it.. too bad they wont just comp the people that had phase 3 commander quest with the unlock since the screwed the pooch with the CU anyways.. ( i can dream)

12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.

Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.

Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?

Any help would be appreciated.

I just got mine fixed after over 24 hours wait, very important steps

I'm stuck > performing an action

also leave yerself afk all day and change your afk message that if it's a csr they have permission to fix (I was told by my csr this was key) as they would not fix when I was offline either

Send in a ticket with "I'm Stuck - Performing an Action" then insert as much information about your /bug as possible. Don't swear or get angry and they will fix your unlock for you. Make sure you quote that it is a known issue and nothing to do with clone quests etc. Then wait for the csr to contact you. Some people it has taken 6-8 hours for them to fix this but they have done.

It's only a temporary solution to a massive bug problem so why as at the second time round they haven't fixed this i do not know. I can only say that the CU Icons were more important
