You do know you do not need to grind?

You could play with friends (pve, exploration, pvp), roleplay, even do the quests and static missions(all 3000+ of them) Have you talked to every static NPC in the game and done their various missions? Visited every location in game?

The point iswhy grind - have fun and while you do you will gain xp. It is pointless to play in a way that is not fun and if you really want Jedi and find this grind boring... boy are you in for a surprise.

The grind for Jedi may be longer, but its certainly not boring.

But I reckon thats where the problem is the grind shouldn't be about killing loads of creatures eg bols, but playing more of the game, like even including getting a Master Pilot badge, and BOTH rebel and imp related badges etc. They should basically make the FS grind a lot harder, to get more badges to acquire, but keep the FS village quests in place, and its 3 weekly gated process etc, but once you've unlocked that skill you get all the XP for it to learn, or just aiutomatically acquire that line, and maybe make the Trials a bit harder too, so instead of spending loads of time travelling, use that time to try and kill stuff, and takes longer to do.

So technically it should hopefully take a lot longer to get Jedi, but you to get it you have to play and complete virtually all of the game, and have fun in the process.

You're out of time, SOE The whole 2.5 months shouldn't have been. The game was fine up until Nov 15th. If the CU was worked on, instead of devoting time to the NGE (including the many months prior to November), the game could possibly be totally bug free by now.

My account cancels on 2nd Feb, which was a waste as only played game for 1 day to get the life day gifts, will be resubbing when creature handler, Bio-engineer, scout, and ranger return, oh and the FS village.

Oops meant to have said the glowy grind. With that theory in place there would be noFS grind. If playing the game then is classed a grind, the game isn't really suited to you.

In addition, you could get crafting/merchant badges, get a new merchant badge once you've sold x amount of items, then get another badge once you've sold y amount of items, and another once you've sold z amount of items, and none of it counts tobeing glowyunles you've got badges x, y an z.

Totally agree! Don't forget to have fun, that's what you are here for

Totaly disagree! Doing quest's yield little or no xp for a cl80. And as other's have said, the jedi grind may be long too but it's far from boring. When building your Jedi temp you are seeing gains each time you train a box. With the force sensitive grind you see no real progression, it's the biggest timesink in any MMO I've ever played.

Right on Ackehece. I could have had this grind done so long ago if that was all I did. However, I usually take break for questing on Kashyyyk, pilot missions, and lately I've really been into collecting badges. I really think the badge system in SWG is incredible. It is a great idea to encourage people to explore areas or complete quests. I love the idea and am trying to get over 100 badges now. Of course I still need 1.6 mill FS XP, I have the unlocks done, but that will come in time.

With every bol/picket you kill your knowledge in the Force grows stronger.
