Anyone know about what the respawn time for a base will be?

We get to our mases we chose (and have all the codes for) and another group was walking the cmander out at that time, we have been sitting here for over an hour waiting to everything ot respawn but nothing yet.

Anyone know this?, I dont have time to keep hunting down more codes for delta.

the base we are at is epsilon

Most people i've spoke to say the bases are on a 2 hour spawn timer.
