Thread: Can anybody give me a indepth understanding of exactly what i have to do for phase 2 combat prowess?

I know that when the phase finally changes to phase 2, I have to see a guy for my second mission. That mission is combat prowess melee speed.... that or vehicular control in the enhanced reflexs group. My question is of the 2 missions.. what one is harder.. and what does each one involve me doing? any help would be awesome.. thanks.....
