It is still bugged but melee speed works thats what i did.

yes and on LS when you open up padawan
otoh - it will not work for rifles in the future once they fix it so if you don't have the spare points. Take ranged speed and then worry about it being fixed.

Atm I got Ranged Speed 2 under Combat Prowess. That gives me +6 Enchansed Ranged Speed. I also got a Rifle Speed +2. Im not capped now, but will I get that in the future when they have fixed it? And, do you know when it will be fixed, or should I try to get me another 5 to rifle speed?

If it is fixed before the CURB you would be speed capped. Time till it is fixed is NO ETA
If the speed equation changes in the CURB you might be high speed but not speed capped etc. Basically right now with ranged speed anything related to it is a gamble.

Anyone know what phase the quest is for it, i woul like to unlock with it, but since i already have 5 branches done if its not phase 2 ill just unlock survival
