im currently not a combat powerress novice or anything im just working on reflexes. but can i do the quest for combat and unlock it even if im not novice? i also heard that u can only do 1 quest per phase. is this true?

Yes you can do a quest if your not combat prowess novice, atleast i did when i started. It is also true that you can only do one quest per phase.
