Force Sensitive Archive

So, the sith shadows attacked me & killed me.

Then, the old man revisits me, but the Sith Shadow Ambush quest is marked as complete. I've been re-attacked by the Sith & beat them this time, but they didn't drop anything?

Is this a bug?
