Thread: Luck mission bug?

I took the Luck mission a few days back, spoke to Eozlin and he talked through the quest as every other NPC has. When I was done talking and he spoke about the first task however I noticed that no journal entry had been added, and when I spoke to him again he said I was working for someone else!
Anyone else had this problem before, am is my luck really that bad!
I've already tried finding an NPC and doing the "you are already working for someone else" thing to see if it was that, no effect. Also onto my 4th ticket with no help from a CSR yet aswell. Bug tickets submitted and all the rest.
It's really annoying as I really want this tree even if it has little known effect.

i just unlocked the branch on bloodfin yesterday and everything was fine for me

Did you have novice artisan when you took the quest?
just a possibility that not having it may mess it up

Nope, I had Novice Artisan at the time. SO it wasn't that, doesn't let you take it without it as far as I know.
I have had an issue with a quest that I have completed not being moved to the completed section of the journal, but this has not affected any previous quests in any phase, including previous phase 3s.

Noone else suffering this? If not any suggestions what I can do, the CSRs as always are as useful as a wet paper bag, onto my 5th ticket with not one CSR yet understanding the problem, and I can't be that incoherrent! Also tried PMing Tiggs, TH and Rogue, and they haven't even read past the subject on the messages, if even that?
I'm getting rather annoyed now as I have the feeling if I don't get it sorted before phase change it won't get sorted at all =(
