but what about those of us who haven't unlocked our second slot yet?
The village is going, there wont be FS quests, so how will we unlock our second character?

No, only with a Jedi slot unlocked.
It sounds like only pre-CU2 unlocked Jedi will have a second account. There is no 'unlocking' in the new game I believe. Tiggs was very vague. I have an alt less than 1 1/2 branches to go, but there is no way I can finish that and the trials to get my second toon before NGE on Nov. 15th.:smileysad:

luzenit, i feel you. next phase (4) is my sixth branch unlock. I have to cap 9 times in a very short amount of time to reach jedi initiate by this time... INITIATE!
