Not loot, earn. Phase III: Combat Quest for Melee Accuracy. It's the reward for completing it. And we're currently in Phase II.

For those of you wondering about the funky named colors for crystals... saw this one on another player today, it's a reward for one of the FS quests apparently. Quality (on both of the ones I saw) was poor, and it was kind of an aqua color. still, even a poor quality dual color/power crystal is pretty sweet. Unfortunately, this means that all the previously unlocked jedi have once again lost out out the cool bits of the new unlocking system. I'm sure all the new soon-to-be jedi will be happy to give you theirs. really. I believe we can do the quests, haven't tested yet (I've been a bit 'fraidy cat since the last FS thing bugged me to death). Plus, it's shifted to a different phase now. But I will be attempting to try out some quests soon. Again, similiar to how I can't convert any worthwhile experience for Senses exp, I can really only do combat quests...

Heh. My posts always seem to be a bit stream-of-consciousness. The nitty gritty if it's confusing:
At least one of the specially-named hybrid crystals is a FS quest reward.
Previously unlocked Jedi may be hampered in their ability to get these crystals due to skill restriction, or at minimum simply have to do what we have already done through hologrinding, and newly unlocking Jedi will get as part of unlocking. This makes me upset.

It was stated that existing jedi will automatically get ALL rewards from the FS quests on the day of the patch.

If this is supposed to be on the day of patch 10, technically I should have received them, being a Jedi on TC (which has had patch 10 hit...). Maybe it's just being delayed til the live push, but it doesn't fill me with confidence. Any clue when this was said offhand?

At the village, Phase 3 to unlock Melee Accuracy, it's the reward.
BTW, we are in phase 4, you need to wait 3x3=9 weeks to do it...
