ok well last phase 3 i did the dageerin quest and unlocked although i didnt grind for it at all. And now this phase i wanna unlock the melee acc tree and i was wondeirn after i unlock can i learn both trees this phase?

You can assign exp for any Skill Tree at any time but before you train you need to unlock the branch. If you have enough EXP to learn a skill box then you may learn it at any time after unlocking the branch You will need enough EXP for the Novice box of each dicipline first mind you.
