I theory could i unlock 6 branches, and grind the fs xp the whole way without dropping any skills. Then drop skills and fill them up to become jedi.

well dunno about 6branches but i did 3branches and some1 saved more than 4mil xp so i guess there is not cap.

Yes, there is an FS xp cap. 1.25 million FS XP is the maximum you can have in each kind of FS XP. So you cannot bank FS XP until you have enough to train all six branches.

This has been addressed in several posts, with people reporting that they had stored up to 5.1 MILLION FS xp (enough for nearly a whole tree).

So it appears that if there is a cap, it is well over 4mill.

I'm well over 1.25 as well, the 1.25m xp cap was only on the free training provided by the holocron shift to unlocking. If you opened up your second free tree without training the first it would simply overwrite that xp instead of stacking. But if you earn the xp there is not currently a known limit.
