Force Sensitive Archive

I have found several sources which all seem to conflict over what is offered for phase 2. Some say that Luck will be phase 2, other say that Luck will be phase 3. My intent was to pick up Luck and Ranged Defense on subsequent phases (2 then 3)but that might notbe possible depending on whose phase guide you look at.

Anyone know which guide is wrong ?

Luck was phase 3 - I too wanted luck and ranged def, but I guess we are out of luck.
