Force Sensitive Archive

I got jumped by 2 Sith Shadows last night after a visit from the old man the night before. I killed one of them but the other one is stuck inside a wall, I tried everything I could to lure him out, but he's not moving. I looted the corpse of one and got a datadisk, but i cannot use the disk. It says I must first "loot the container", i assume i need to kill the other sith. To make a long story short the response from the CSR I got was that the mission would reset itself at somepoint and they would not help with FS quests in any way, does anyone know if I destroy the datadisk I currently have, when I get attacked again will I receive another disk to use?

same thing hapend to me killed 2 siths looted theyr corpses but couldnt use the danmn disk but then 5-10 mins later on another planeti was attacked again and this time the data disk i looted worked
